For Shelley, Kirsti, Kara, we offer our deepest Condolences. Shane was 1 in a million as a friend & I'll always be grateful that I got the chance to share in that experience. I met Shane & Shelley near closing time on a Thursday night (9:00 closing in the 1980's). We made a plan to meet at their house to do a T.V. install. Shane & Shelley were quick to switch from Clients to Hosts & we partied into the wee hours. I remember their Bar was full when we started, not so much when we were done (to this day Dixie remembers how mad she was at what time I got home from work). Shane has done many projects for us in our home, in his work anything short of perfect was not good enough. I'm not sure how it came, but somehow he gifted me with the nickname 'Grecko', I miss hearing it already! He was a man's man, a hard worker, with work boots rarely tied. Dixie & I will both dearly miss him. We will clutch onto our memories - his character, heart & generosity will always stand out. To all of Shane's Family, we feel blessed to have shared time with your Dad, Grandpa, Husband - 'What a Great Guy!'

I offer my prayers as a tribute to the beautiful life my brother Shane led. May his memory be a source of inspiration and love for all who knew him. His laughter could light up the darkest room and his sense of humor was infectious. His love of life and the joy he brought to to everyone who knew him especially his immediate family will always be remembered and never be forgotten. He will always be remembered and by all those who knew him! I send special condolences to his wife Shelley, his daughters Kirsti and Kara and his grandchildren. He was a blessing in all of our lives and his memory will forever be missed and never forgotten. Farewell my Dear Brother Milton, Shane, Johnny Griffiths.

I first met Milt when he was a very young boy and had arrived at Clear Lake for a bit of a holiday with his grandparents, Milt and Ella Baker. His joy shone through then and continued years later when as a young, accomplished carpenter he was hired for renovations at my home. Milt and Shelley were also gracious hosts as so many people can attest to whether their anniversary celebrations or smaller gatherings at their home. Milt’s pride and love for his family shone through. He will be missed.

Played broomball most of my life with my friend. We had many wins and few loses but this man played with all his heart win or lose. He always stayed positive. As we played across Canada, have many memories, what a great guy. He was not from Bruno but he fit our team like a leather glove. We got older and retired from broomball. If he only knew how often his name came up when people talked about memories. From Brian Weiman

Shelley, Kirsti and Kara our hearts are truly broken for you. We always loved visiting and having fun with Shane. I will always remember his laughter and his joking and playing dice. He was truly one of the most hard working, funniest and nicest guys that I knew growing up. We love you all.
Jennifer, Jeff and family.
