Obituary of Teresa Katcheech
The family of Teresa Katcheech of Kelliher, beloved daughter of Wayne Katcheech, sadly announce her passing on February 9, 2026. Teresa was 39 years of age.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday April 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church Kelliher, with Reverend Father Albert Schmitz serving as celebrant.

In Loving Memory of Teresa Sara Katcheech
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Teresa Sara Katcheech, who passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 39.
Teresa was born on April 23, 1986, in Edmonton to her father, Wayne Katcheech, and her mother, Gina Scivoletto. From the very beginning, Teresa brought warmth and light into the lives of those around her.
Teresa was known for her incredible kindness and generous spirit. She always had a way of putting a smile on someone’s face, no matter the circumstances. Her strength carried her through life’s challenges, and her caring heart touched everyone who knew her. She found her greatest joy in being a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, and she poured her love wholeheartedly into the people who meant the most to her.
She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her father, Wayne (Connie); her step-grandmother, Georgina Martell; and her beloved children, Damen, Kieran, and Taelyn. She is also survived by her siblings: Kyra (Greg), Celina (Stanley), Terry, Samantha (Chris), Teanna, Jared (Shauna), Jennifer (Ay), Precious (Ikenna), and Teddy; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Teresa was predeceased by her mother, Gina Scivoletto; her grandfather, Salvitore Scivoletto; her grandmother, Henretta O’Hara; her grandmother, Hanna Sowan; and her mushum, Charles Martell, mushum, Felix Mathias, Aunty,Tammy Katcheech, and baby nephew,Lincoln.
Teresa’s love, laughter, and generous heart will live on in the memories of all who knew her. Though she is gone far too soon, her spirit will continue to shine through her children and the countless lives she touched.
Forever loved. Forever remembered.
