I met Eddie when I worked with Doreen for five years at Yorkton Hospital. She worked down the hall as the Executive Secretary for Don Kosedy in the Maintenance Dept. and I worked as the Executive Secretary for Bob Regimbal in the Purchasing Dept. My husband, Art, and I spent many happy times with Eddie and Doreen. I remember Doreen saying how Friday night was such a happy time for her when Eddie came home from travelling all week. She told many stories of taking care of Eddie's hairpiece every weekend so her man would look smart and smell fresh as a daisy for the coming week of travel. Eddie and Doreen were very generous friends and I will always cherish many good memories of time spent with them during the 60's and early 70's. RIP Eddie!

Mr. Eritz gave me my first job, at the car wash and gas station in 1975. Ed was always very good to me. I really enjoyed my time working there. More than that, Ed and Doreen were really good friends of my parents, Ron and Virginia. They had a lot of great times together in the 1970’s. I encourage the family to remember that happy memories that Ed brought to the everyone. He gave me a lot of good memories growing up in Yorkton. -Kerry Wrishko

I have so many beautiful memories from my Uncle Eddies and Auntie Doreen’s it’s hard to pick just one. Uncle Eddie was one of the most generous men I had the blessing to have in my life. He was always there for my family in the good and not so good. My favourite times were spent at his farm, riding the combine as we took off the crop. He will be greatly missed!
