Obituary of Cynthia "Cyndi" Salyniuk

The family of Cynthia "Cyndi" Salyniuk, beloved wife of Mark Salyniuk of Ituna, sadly announce her passing on December 22nd, 2018. A private family service will take place. Memorial donations in memory of Cyndi may be made to the Deer Park Villa in Ituna as gifts of remembrance.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Bailey's Funeral and Cremation Care, Ituna. Cynthia (Cyndi) Marie Salyniuk was born November 27, 1963, the only child of Stanley and Victoria Klimczak in Ituna, Sask. Cyndi was raised in Ituna and that is where she met the love of her life Mark Salyniuk and together they shared forty wonderful years together. She spent her twenties venturing in entrepreneurship with her husband Mark. In 1989, Mark and Cyndi started their family with the birth of their daughter Vanessa, and five years later their son Jonathan was born. After the birth of Jonathan, Mark and Cyndi returned to Ituna where they settled and raised their family. She loved her family and all children. Cyndi worked in direct support care for the past twenty years. She established the Union, CUPE Local 4552, and was President. She was presently the Residential Manager for Deer Park Villa in Ituna. She was always kind, empathetic, compassionate and respectful to all people without bias. Cyndi was very involved in her community, and for that she was very well respected by everyone. She attended and supported local businesses and events, volunteered when needed, was involved in trade shows and the Fall Fair and also sat in Town Council. Cyndi passed away in the early morning of December 22, 2018 at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina, Saskatchewan with her family by her side at the young age of fifty-five years. She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Mark of thirty-three years, daughter Vanessa, son Jonathan and her mother Victoria Klimczak. She was predeceased by her father Stanley Klimczak, grandmothers Mary Englot and Mary Klimczak and grandfathers Stanley Konarski and John Klimczak. A private family service will take place.
