Obituary of Norman Harrison

Norman Harrison, aged 96 years, passed away on Wednesday, June 27 in Yorkton, SK. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 18 at 11:00am in the Yorkton City Cemetery (near colombarium). Norman Harrison Aug. 23, 1921 - June 27, 2018 Norman passed away peacefully at the Yorkton Crossing at the age of 96. Born on the family farm S.E. 36-9-31-W1 to May and Harold Harrison. He lived in Maryfield his whole life till moving to Yorkton in 2018. He also enjoyed spending Winters in McAllen TX with lots of friends. Norman was a loving Husband, devoted Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather, a farmer, school bus driver, Gulf bulk fuel driver, avid golfer, a true jack of all trades and a friend with a heart of gold. Predeceased by his parents, brother Hugh Harold Harrison 1942, Son Allan Hugh Harrison 2002, Grandson Michael Allan Harrison 2008. He is survived by his loving wife of 73 years Gail (Kime), Daughter in law Linda: Dallas (Sherry) Brody: Bradley ( Jennifer) Blake, Ryder. Daughter Norma-Gay (Kurt) Selke: Leanne (Paul) Keys, Dorothy, Olivia, Lucy: Heather (Greg) Sordahl, Nolan Selke, Hanah, Natalie Sordahl: Kyle, River: Elaine (Owen) Ress, Mia-Rai, Kye: Daughter Louise (Alfred) Lee, Shannon.
