Wishing we could attend the service, and wishing everyone in the family blessings and condolences. Distance limited our time with Grandma in recent years but she's always been close to heart. She was always so proud of her many grandchildren and great grandchildren and held family first and foremost, a closeness she's passed on to all of us. She had a special place in Gordon's heart. The last time I went to see her she was still telling me great stories from long ago which I really enjoyed. I will miss annual visits with Mom. Although we had a long way to travel from Bc, I always wanted Sylvia to be able to see her Mother. She was a very special LADY who deserved more then what life gave her. But she was always strong and uplifting when we saw her. I will cherish the memories of her forever.

I was glad to see grandma after so long this summer. She was smiling and cracking jokes. Even on her bad days she wanted to make sure you were ok. Such a wonderful beautiful lady thru and thru. John 11:25-26 Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; 26 and whoever lives by believing in me will never die."
