Obituary of Mary Colette Scott

Mary Colette Scott was born on July 1, 1934 at Yorkton, Saskatchewan, a daughter of John and Mary (nee Walsh) Scott. Predeceased by her parents; Mary is survived by her siblings Lorne Scott and family and Ellen (Cec) Gilbert and family. Colette was an avid bowler, softball player and golfer. She played violin, trumpet, clarinet, saxophone and trombone. She played in the two original Lions Club Bands and two orchestras. She was an extraordinary golfer with a room full of trophies to prove it. Colette worked at Scott Fruit Company and then at the Land Titles Office until her retirement. Her retirement was spent on music and knitting and selling her beautiful creations at craft shows. She invested in her nieces and nephews to help them start businesses. A life well - lived, she will be sadly missed by family and friends and the Yorkton community. Rest in the arms of Jesus dear sister of mine!
