Obituary of John Kozack

John Kozack was born in Regina, SK on March 2, 1948 the third child of Nick and Mary Kozack and he passed away peacefully March 9, 2017 at the of 69 years, at his home in Ituna. He was predeceased by his father Nick (1974); mother Mary (1964) and sister Sylvia (2009). He is survived and missed by his sister Jean Ledoux, nieces; Tina, April, and Shannon and nephew's Cory and Colin, as well as great nieces and nephews and numerous family and friends A memorial service for John will be held at a later date.
