As a dedicated member of the Catholic Women's League, Frances exemplified the qualities we all strive to obtain. She was joyful, kind, generous, hard working, and faith filled. In her interactions with her Sisters in the League, whether she was attending an executive meeting or a National, Provincial or Diocesan Convention, she always brightened the occasion with her wonderful presence. We will miss her dearly! Our deepest condolences to all her loved ones. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you struggle through this difficult time.
