She received her education at Beaver School in the Beaverdale district. On June 11, 1955 she was united in marriage to Orest Prybylski at St. Mary's Church in Yorkton. They farmed in the Beaverdale area for 9 years when they decided to leave the district and purchased land at Bredenbury. In 1971, a damaging tornado destroyed some of their property so they decided to give up farming and try something different. They moved to Wroxton where Orest was employed at a machine dealership. Later they moved to Yorkton. Orest passed away in May of 1986. On August 12, 1989 she married Lorne Grunert and together they lived in Yorkton until Lorne's passing in December, 2004. She served as president from 1990 - 92 and secretary from 2000 - 2003.
