Sylvia, Charmaine, Colette, Robert, Justin and family, I am deeply saddened by the news of Walter's passing. I have such fond memories of visiting at your house when Charmaine and I were in high school. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you go through this difficult time.

Uncle Walter, thank you for your humour and hospitality. I always remember our trips to Yorkton fondly, and I thoroughly enjoyed coming to visit from BC. The fact that you were a teacher for 35 years inspires me, and I appreciate the connection that we share in that profession. Although I will miss you, I'm happy that you can join Uncles Ed and Stan in Heaven and be reunited with your brothers. Thank you for the love and laughs, they will always remain in my memories. Until we meet again, Love Karli

Thank you Dad for being your genuine self for as long as I have known you. Your kindness and passion was always evident. Your laugh and sense of humour was always appreciated. Your strong values of fairness for all was respected. Your love for family, friends, neighbours, acquaintances, and relatives, was always felt, exactly to the very last minute. A man of small stature with an enormous heart. A need for giving first over receiving. A humble, peaceful, kind soul putting the needs of others over his own. This was my father. This is how I will remember you.

Dad I am glad that you have no more pain or sadness, but are re-united with your brothers, Ed & Stan, and everyone else in heaven! We will miss you so much but I know that we will see you again one day.
