So sorry to hear of Uncle Carl's passing. I hold such fond memories of him visiting me in Toronto when I was growing up and in later years our vists to Saskatchewan for holidays and helping me when I moved here. Uncle Carl was always smiling and thinking of others. He was a very special godfather to me and will be sorely missed.

We are so sorry, Paulette, to hear of Carl's passing as we were very proud and privileged to call him a good friend. We had worked together for many years and will hold many memories of the good times and all the visits we shared. Even after his retirement it was a pleasure to stop in and visit with him when the opputunities arose when we were in Saskatoon. We will surely miss him as we spoke of him often recalling all the good times and laughter we shared together. God Bless.

It seems so unfair that death should have the power to take away someone you love. And when it happens, the thought of never again being able to talk to, laugh with, or hold your loved one can be most difficult to bear. That pain is not necessarily erased by being told that your loved one is up in heaven. The Bible, however, holds out a much different hope. The Scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future, not in an unknown heaven but right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions. And at that time humans will have the prospect of enjoying perfect health, and they will never have to die again. -Isaiah 26:19; Psalm 37:29.
