Obituary of Diana Komodowski

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Diana Komodowski on Thursday January 16th, 2014 Diana Eleanor Komodowski was born on June 10th, 1941 to Joseph & Amelia (Kupper) Braun. On June 4, 1959 Diana was united in marriage to Fernie Komodowski. To this union 5 children were born: Loren, Jeannette, Kelly, Donna, and Della. After a short, but courageous battle with cancer, Diana passed away peacefully at the All Nations Healing Hospital in Fort Qu'Appelle on January 16, 2014. Diana was predeceased by her husband Fernie in 1975; parents Joseph & Amelia, sister, Alice in infancy, Sister Marion Fleming, brother-in-laws Thomas Fleming & James Fleming, her 1st great granddaughter Kali Dawn Ritthaler, nephews Jimmy Fleming and Kenneth Fleming Diana leaves to cherish her memory her five children: Loren (Cindy) Komodowski, Jeannette (Darrell) Nagy, Kelly (Gail) Komodowski, Donna (Donald) Ritthaler and Della Koncz; thirteen grandchildren: Jamie (Angie) and Corey Nagy, Michael (Amanda) and Kristen Ritthaler, Sheldon and Dillon Komodowski, Jenna (Shawn), Breeanna , Savannah and Jayden Komodowski, Shayla and Kaitlyn Koncz and Kasen Zeller. Five Great grandchildren: Ty and Carley Nagy, Austin and Mikaela Ritthaler and Tenley McIntosh ;; brother Don(Mimi) Braun; sister Florence Fleming (Tiny Berthelot), niece Evelyn(Allan)Englund who was like her little sister; brother-in-law Leonard Komodowski; sister-in-law Noreen(Steve) Feszczyn , son-in-law Joseph Koncz, her friend Gary Yasinowski and numerous other relatives. At the request of Diana there will be no funeral service. Internment of her urn will be in the family plot at the Lestock Cemetery at a later date.
