Obituary of Odyn Schoeller

SCHOELLER - Odyn Matthias Schoeller was born on October 21, 1964 to Hildegard and Siegmund Schoeller in Regina. As a young boy, he enjoyed going camping with his family up north to fish and enjoy the outdoors. As Odyn grew older, he became very independent and was known to walk to the beat of his own drum. Odyn became an excellent carpenter over the years and had the same special wood working skills as his father and brother. He also took a keen interest in mechanical repair and spent many hours fixing and tinkering in vehicles. Socializing with friends and family and partaking in barbeques was a favorite pastime of Odyn's. He was known to love to eat, especially when it was barbequed. Odyn passed away suddenly at his residence in Ituna on Tuesday, July 10, 2012. He was 47 years of age. Odyn leaves to mourn his passing, sons: Derrick Frederickson (Patricia) of Regina and Zane Kollman of Ituna; grandsons, Derrick Jr. and Tyler Frederickson. Also, his mother Hildegard of Regina, father Siegmund of West Bloomfield, Michigan; a brother Axel Schoeller (Wendy) of Regina, and numerous other close relatives and friends. A memorial service was held on Monday, July 16, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall in Ituna with Crystal Bailey officiating. The cremation committal will take place at a later date. Arrangements were in care of Bailey's Funeral Home.
