Charles is going to be missed by so many people. We would always know when Charles was around by his infectious laughter, it would light up the room and make the room a happier place. I will miss him as a friend, and a brother-in-law. Thank you for listening to me when I needed help, it all helped. Dear Anne, Cherie, Scott, and Sheldon, and family.
