Obituary of Ann Jarman

JARMAN - Mrs. Ann Jarman, resident of the Regina Lutheran Home passed away peacefully on March 3, 2011; her family were by her side at the Pasqua Hospital. She moves on to join her loving husband Leo. Left to cherish her memory are her loving children: Olga (Brian) Horejsi, Doreen Derbowka, Walter (Florence) Kostur, all of Calgary, Vicky (Tom), of Regina, as well as 9 grandchildren (Rena, Lorrie, Bradley, Marvin, Carla, Moria, Shannon, Ryan, Allen), 14 great grandchildren and numerous dear friends. Ann is also survived by 3 brothers and one sister as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her 5 brothers and one sister. Born in Canora, Ann farmed in White Beach for many years and moved to Yorkton with her children in 1957. There she met Leo and they married in 1970. Her time was devoted to her husband and children. Mom and Leo were always thrilled when people came to visit and socialize and they thoroughly enjoyed playing cards, whether it was with friends or family. Ann and Leo loved to dance and we are sure they are now enjoying their favourite dance once again. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Transition House or a charity of your choice. Mom thank you for being you, we will miss you dearly! Prayer services were held on Sunday evening, March 6, 2011 from the Chapel of the Regina Lutheran Home. Rev. Father Slawomir Lomaszkiewicz officiated.
