My deepest condolences to Uncle George's family. I will always remember Uncle George teaching me the riddle 'What are boys made of, and what are Girls made of? Boys are made of Snips and snails and puppy dog tails, Girls are made of Sugar and Spice and everything nice...:' I was probably only 4 years old, but that stuck with me forever because I was so happy he told me I was made of everything nice! He will be missed! Meghan Hickie - Ed's daughter.

So sorry to hear of George's passing. I remember him fondly. In 1962-3, I taught at Spruce Dale and played with the 36 Rangers. We became life long friends, often meeting and exchanging comments on things of mutual interest, including bowling and politics. God bless family and friends. Rest in peace George (you deserve to).

Deepest sympathy to the entire family. George was an incredible man, great coach, and overall great guy. Always put others ahead of himself. There wouldn't have been a Waldron Comets if it wasn't for him. He put every piece of his heart and soul into that team. He'll be missed but his memory will not be forgotten. God bless. Vern Tocher
