Mary German was born on May 25, 1919 at Endeavour, Saskatchewan to John and Victoria (nee Shelko) Adam. She was united in marriage to George German on November 11, 1934. The couple farmed in the Hamton district until 1949 when they moved to Yorkton. Mary moved to Selo Gardens in Regina in 2003.
