Dad, you will be both missed and remembered fondly. I long for another chance to see you, hear your voice, see your smile. There could have been so many years ahead for us to bond and make happy memories with your little grandson. Sadness does not fully explain how I feel but I am lost for words. I wanted the best for you, at the very least I wanted better for you. For you, the suffering and darkness clears now; which gives us some solace. I can only hope that me and Jordan made you very proud and filled your heart with the kind of love that gave you peace and happiness until the day you left this world.
