We are so thankful to Mike for the opportunity he gave Renee for her opportunity to travel with the International Student exchange program through the Rotary Club. The year she spent in Belgium was amazing for her and she still has contact and visits her host family. We are thankful for his support during that year. Cherish your memories, he was an amazing man in many ways.
To Sandy and family - there are no words to help ease your pain at this time. Mike was an absolutely wonderful man - I remember working for him back in the day and his genuine personality is something I will always remember. Remember chatting with him this spring in Melville and thinking he just never changes. He will certainly be missed by everyone that knew him. My deepest condolences.

Mike and Sandy were always such very good friends with our Mother and Father for many years especially when the old gang all worked together in the canteen in the old arena. Mike was a very kind man and always had time for a laugh with his great sense of humor.
