Obituary of Marvin Allary
Marvin passed away after a long illness on December 2, 2023 with his wife of 39 years, Wendy Antila at his side.
Marvin and Wendy met in 1984 while living in Rocky Mountain House, AB. Together they raised two wonderful daughters, Bobbie-Jo (Antila) Halushka and Billie-Jean (Allary) Funk. They returned to the Yorkton area in 1992 and decided to make Yorkton their permanent home.
Marvin worked at various businesses in Yorkton and especially loved working with his older brother Calvin doing construction.
Marvin was predeceased by his father William, mother Muriel, brothers; Edgar, Stan, Calvin and brother-in-law Wayne Tait, also by father-in-law, Arvo Antila and mother-in-law Milda Antila.
Marvin leaves to mourn his passing his wife Wendy Antila of Yorkton, daughters Bobbie-Jo (Raymon) Halushka of Willowbrook, Billie-Jean (Justin) Funk of Roblin, MB. Grandson’s, Austin Antila, Riley, Zachary & Jayden Halushka, Jagger Funk and Grandaughter, Destiny Funk. Along with his brothers John (Patti) of Regina, Alvin (Donna) of Regina, Anthony (Joanne) of Springside and sisters, Barbara of Lebret, Gloria (Pete) Carson of Calgary, Lynda Tait of Calgary, Terri of Springside and Corry of Calgary. Sister-in-law Luanne (Ray) Rollier of Rocky Mountain House, Randy Antila, Wayne Antila of Rocky Mountain House and Herby Antila.
Marvin held in his heart a special love for his many nieces and nephews and was always so happy to see and visit with each and every one of them.
