Dear Riley, Logan and family:
I didn't know Delmer very well, but whenever I seen him somewhere in Yorkton, he was kind, sweet and friendly.
The family of Delmer has a lot to be proud of. Wishing you all the happy memories of Delmer!
Also, I have to say, this portion of the obituary was my favourite, it made me smile and cry all at the same time ...
"Dad’s suffering is over, and that brings peace to me. Dad you were a wild one, and I love you for it."
Rest in Peace, Delmer

My deepest condolences to Delmer’s family. We’ve known each other since the late 60’s and have shared many laughs and a couple beers pretty often over our younger years. Always happy go lucky whenever we met. Rest in Peace my friend the suffering is over.

What can a person say about a guy with a heart as big as his, he was a constant presence at the farm and when there was baling to be done or fixing he never wavered to help out my dad. Even in the last couple of years you still managed to be bossy and give instructions. Times I will treasure for sure. He was a good friend and we will sure miss his personality the constant goofing around and the Jamaican holiday stories. You were with us for many years as far back as I can remember and will be missed. Big hugs to the whole family and all his great friends. ♥️

My bro Delmer, you will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Our fishing and camping trips will never be the same without you. We will miss your sense of humor, the many phone coversations, visits and sharing in your fine dining.
Your job on earth is done. Find us another favorite fishing spot, keep it safe, until we meet again.
ps pass a big hug to Jordan for us

Condolences to Riley and the entire Karapita family. I first met Delmer when he moved in across the street. After that he became Roidyns first hockey coach. He was always fair and treated all the kids fairly. Delmer had a hard time when he lost his son Jordan. Together again may they both rest in peace.

Delmer worked for us for many years during seeding and harvest. Such a hard worker and his love of farming ran deep. He was our former brother in law and we share many fond memories of good times and laughter spent in his company. Our sincere condolences to his family at this sad time. May his soul RIP.
