Obituary of James Necula

The family of James Necula of Melville, beloved husband of Myrna Necula (nee Zeleny) sadly announce his passing on Wednesday, December 8,2021. He was 63 years of age. A Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, December 14 at 11:00a.m. from the Chapel of Bailey's Funeral Home with Father Andrew Sowa officiating. The interment will take place a later date. James was born on Dec. 22, 1957 in Edmonton Alberta. He grew up in that area of Alberta as a member of a large family. He moved to Yorkton Sask in the early 1990's. It was about this time that he met his future wife Myrna. They married in July 1993 and resided in Yorkton. James worked hard at a variety of jobs and had his own business which was cutting grass or handyman jobs and snow removal in the winter time. He moved to Melville several years ago, at the time of his passing on December 8, 2021 James resided at St. Paul Lutheran Home in Melville. He was 63 years of age. James was predeceased by his parents Jake and Tina deShiffart, his father in law and mother in law Gerald and Margaret Zeleny, special nephew Kyle and numerous other family members. James is survived by his loving wife Myrna of St. Paul Lutheran Home; sisters and brothers and their spouses: Donna (Andy) VanHuis, John (Betty) deSchiffart, Kathy (Brian) Doorenbal, Irene (Siemon) Fretsma, Edwin (Glenda) deSchiffart, (Brian) Wierenga, Tyler (Lisa) Gathercole, Also survived by Myrna's family: Brother in law Mike (Cindy) Zeleny, their daughters Nancy (Dave), Lisa (Josh) and their son Griffin; Sisters in law Linda (Hal) Firlotte, their children Lindsay and Jaimie; Lori (Charles) Babyak, their daughter Sarah (John) and Catherine (Darwin) Jonasson, their children Rae-Anne (Cory) and Dennon.
