Obituary of Jane Sens

The family of Jane Sens of Crooked Lake, beloved wife of Norman Sens, sadly announce her passing on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Jane was 80 years of age.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 27th at 11:00a.m. from St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Grayson with Father John Mock officiating.

The interment will follow in St. Mary's Parish Cemetery.

Memorials in memory of Jane Sens may be made to Mass Offerings or St. Mary's Parish Fund (Box 100, Grayson, SK S0A 1E0) as gifts of remembrance.

Jane was born on October 13, 1943 to Carl and Rose (nee Huber) Stradeski in the Grayson District. Jane grew up on the family farm by Grayson and attended Grayson School. Jane married Norman Sens on August 19, 1960 at St. Mary’s RC Church in Grayson. The couple resided in Regina and moved the family to Jane’s family farm in 1974. In 1997 they sold the farm and retired to Crooked Lake which she enjoyed very much.

Predeceased by her mother Rose, father Carl, son Blair, brother Dennis.

Jane leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband Norman, daughter Wanda (Tony), sisters Judy (friend Barry), Sheila Peters, Joyce Morgan and very special fur baby Foxy. Also her numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
