Obituary of Ann Decker

Ann Decker of Yorkton, beloved wife of the late Willie Decker passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, July 6. 2024, at the age of 94.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from the Yorkton Memorial Gardens Family Centre.

The interment will follow in the Garden of St. Luke, Yorkton Memorial Gardens.

Memorials in memory of Ann may be to St. Mary’s Church Building Fund as gifts of remembrance.

Ann devoted her life to caring for Willie, her parents and family. After Willie’s passing, she continued to live alone in their home wanting to spend her final days there. She received her wish!

She was predeceased by her loving husband Willie in 2022, her parents, John and Julia Pawliski, sisters Kay Heller, Mary Wiecha; brothers Mike, Nick and Danny.

Ann is remembered by her nephews Clarence (Liz) Heller, Murray (Wendy) Heller and their families. Also mourning Ann are Willie’s nephews and niece, Bob, David, John, Dick, Kathy and their families.

A special thank you to Ann’s friend Irene Morozoff, who Ann referred to as her angel. And also, Dwayne & Mary Pasiechnik & family who cared for Willie and Ann for many years.
