Dear Lisa and Steve;
I was saddened to hear of the passing of your father. The loss, no matter how expected, is not diminished by the forewarning of its arrival. Your father's passion for family and for fishing has clearly left an amazing blessing of memories and experiences over the many years you were able to share time together. Those memories will bring the bittersweet feelings of the sadness of his absence and the joys of having the experiences, conversations, laughs and sorrows shared over those years together. Sadness is what I felt most when I realized I could not repeat or converse with my parents over the recalled experiences I shared with my parents and family. It is that feeling that no matter how much time we had together we have been separated from one another all too soon.
Please accept our hugs and love during your time of grief and loss. Be well and I hope to share a hug in person when appropriate for us to meet.
