Back in 1967, at St-Paul University, in Ottawa, I had the pleasure and honor to initiate with him the first student council of the University. He was a mature student at a time of important changes in the Church. At the end of those studies, life set thousands of miles between us and I lost contact with him though I was convinced that we both remained faithful to the ideals we shared in our development years. Then in 2006, while we were both "semi-retired", we met again by mere coincidence (some say that this is Good's way of acting incognito !) in Yorkton and were pleased to realised that, indeed, those ideals and commitment had guided us, during all those years, on totally different roads but with the same Spirit. I give thanks to God for putting Methodius on my path. Gilles Lagacé, Gatineau, Québec

From the age of 6, I have known Father but more than a priest but as a man who impacted the world through his swift determination to make what was wrong right! He used his voice to encourage and revolutionize positive change in the world via his healing, his miracles, his TV and Radio Show and with his extensive list of accolades and dedication to philanthropy and community service. Your legacy will live on Father, we have had an an incredible journey together that only a chosen few get to have in this lifetime. The admiration and teachings of your hard work, discipline, strength, wisdom and unwavering dedication to humanity, provide a pure example of how to live your life to the fullest potential. I am beyond blessed and humbled to have been so beloved by you.
See you in the heavens Father-** Your Spiritual Daughter - Brenda

Our family has been blessed to know you Father Methodius. You always made time to meet and talk and had very good advice. To this day I quote from some of your lessons during my years at St Vlad's. We miss you Father, but know that you are in a good place. Вічна пам'ять Eternal Memory

Once I visited you at your office at St. Mary’s in Yorkton and noticed a desk overflowing with newspapers. To paraphrase theologian Peter Kreeft, now you won’t be reading the Times but you’ll be reading the Eternities. The day before I went to Redeemer House in Toronto to study for the priesthood we had been at a banquet together at St Athanasius parish in Regina. You had been my high school teacher at St Vladimir’s College and helped me in my vocation. You had also given me important advice in my relationship with my dad, telling me once that he confided in you that as a Canadian soldier in the Italian Campaign WWII, he couldn’t understand how others were getting killed in his scout company but not him. You told me that the war had an affect his parenting work with me and so to understand him for that, and his stories about God’s and Mary’s protection became part of my vocation story. Later, we would be on staff together in Roblin, and still later I would play bandura on your tv program and speak about pro life defence of the pre born. I’d see you at St Therese Institute at Bruno when they needed extra priests to hear confessions and your penance was often the Hail Mary, which I’ll pray for you now in addition to the devotional hum “beneath the mantle” and Eternal Memory.- Fr Jeffrey and Daria Stephaniuk and family Wynyard
