Mrs Matechuk, & the Boy's and Families.. It is with Sadness we learned of Steve's passing. My parents knowing Steve & Ann from Kamsack to Melville, growing up knowing the boy's and eventually being trained by Steve as a Loco-Motive Engineer. Steve was a very knowledgeable railroader and was always willing to give the " young guy" some helpful advice. From our Family to yours, Our Deepest Sympathy.
So sorry to hear of Steve's passing. I spent many late nights and some afternoons beside Steve in the Guys and Gals band entertaining at dances and parties. Lots of laughs and good memories. He played a mean fiddle. Deepest sympathy to Anne and her family.
Very sorry for your loss aunt Anne and all my cousins. Many years have passed but uncle Steve still looks the same to me. Fond memories of our travels to Melville with mom, dad and Harold for Sunday visits. Aye you all find comfort in your loving memories, Darlene

Dear Anne I am sorry to hear of Steve's passing but he is now at rest and free from pain. Our deepest sympathy to all the family! Steve was a joy to work with at CN and a caring person after his retirement driving many people to appointments! He will be missed by all who knew him. Treasure your great memories!
