Aunty Betty, Laura & Rob, Ian & Poppy & Oliver, Our hearts are heavy since hearing of Uncle Mikes passing. He was an energy that lit up the room with his presence. He was bold and confident and funny and loving. He always had a story to share,a joke to tell and when he sang with that beautiful voice we could listen to him all night long. Aunty Betty, we admired the relationship you and Uncle Mike shared. You were so connected and dedicated to each other. No matter where the two of you were you would find and adventure. I recall the time you two came to visit us in Edmonton. Nothing could hold you two down from getting out to dance. Didn't matter if you knew anyone there you both had such a passion and love for music and dancing that you followed it wherever the two of you were. Or your family vacations, that Laura and Ian would fondly reminisce as being like the Griswold's family Vacations. Brendan will always have a loving memory of Uncle Mike barking like a dog. So many fond memories to be remembered. Thank you Uncle Mike for blessing us with your presence in this world. Uncle Mike will be forever missed, fondly remembered and kept close to our hearts.
