I am saddened by the sudden death of Evan. I was an immigrant to Canada from the UK when I met his parents on the first Sunday I went to Holy Trinity and from there, it was a short hop to be included in all the family occasions, which is where I got to know Evan, Michael, Thomas and Diane. The Simpsons were all welcoming and fun, riding, playing football on the farm in Theodore. As Myrtle and Jack aged the dinners moved to St Gregor where Thelma hosted, it was the same -always full of ribbing, sardonic humour, and love. Jack had the best one u2013 liners, but Evan was not far behind. I just know that all the Simpsons are grieving but I also know of the Simpsonu2019s sound belief in God. As a family you action your religion u2013 not just Sunday people; eventually you will all smile as you remember Evan. Please accept my sincerest condolences, Michael, Thomas and families, Diane, Thelma and John Pearce, Pat and John as well as your families. God Bless, Camille Adams

Judy and I were saddened to hear of Evans untimely passing. Condolences to Janet , Michael , Thomas and families I was fortunate to call him a great friend and knew him to be sincere and honest and treated everybody with respect. Some good memories were travelling to Alberta together buying heifer calves and the people we met. Castrating his bull calves at our farm one fall and two days later serving oysters on a bun to unsuspecting guests at Harvest Showdown. His friendship will be cherished and never forgotten. Brian and Judy Berrns
