Obituary of Allen Janzen

The family of Allen Janzen, beloved husband of Norah, sadly announce his passing on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre. He was 85 years of age. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, August 12 at 2:00pm in Yorkton Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Deacon Luanne Hrywkiw officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Yorkton SPCA as gifts of remembrance. Allen Norman Janzen passed away on August 6, 2020 at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre at the age of 85 years. He was born on October 13, 1934 in Yorkton, the son to Jake and Louise (Deckert) Janzen. On November 13, 1965 he married the love of his life, Norah Kelly. They were blessed with two sons: Richard and Michael. Allen farmed many years in the Ebenezer area and was also well-known for hauling and delivering water to numerous businesses and cottages in the area. Besides his parents, Allen was predeceased by his brother, Stan. His kind and gentle soul will be forever missed. May he rest in peace. Service Details.
