Obituary of Gregory Vincent Beauchamp

The family of Mr. Gregory Beauchamp of Yorkton announce his sudden passing on Thursday, October 24, 2019. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 1 at 5:30p.m. With deep sorrow we announce the passing of Greg Beauchamp on Friday, October 25, 2019. Greg was born on April 15, 1956 to Gilbert and Evelyn (nee Rose) Beauchamp in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. He had two beautiful children, Michael and Shannon. As a single father he did a fantastic job raising and caring for his children. Greg was a hardworking and happy guy. He lived many places in his life from Ontario to British Columbia. He was a welder fabricator, furniture mover, and worked in many mines and mills. He was a good mechanic, and was the person to call when you needed something fixed. In his free time Greg loved to travel and as an outdoors man camping was one of his favourite things. Greg also loved music, and it was a big part of his life. Cooking was another passion of Greg's. He was very good at cooking and loved to do so for friends or family - gladly sharing recipes along the way. He also loved to golf and recently took up the hobby of disc golfing. A true friend, Greg always made time for those near and dear to his heart. He was adored by his nieces and nephews, and very happy in their company. Greg enjoyed a crowd and a good party because he was extremely social in his younger years. If you ever got him on the phone you would be there for a long while because he loved to visit. Greg was predeceased by his parents, Gilbert and Evelyn Beauchamp; his sister, Dianne and his brother Wayne. Left to cherish his memory and celebrate his life are his children; son, Michael (Karen) Beauchamp and grand-daughter, Natasha Mirai Beauchamp; daughter, Shannon Beauchamp; sisters, Janice Dumanski and Alice Beauchamp; brothers, Mark (Nancy) Beauchamp and Paul (Suzanne) Beauchamp; brother-in-law, Jim Anderson; sister-in-law, Karen Beauchamp; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nephews; and his best friend, Caron Novak.
