Doreen, Roxy and Kelly I only heard the news today about Bill. We worked a long time together when he came up to Weyburn. He talked me into applying for the injury position and He became my mentor when I got the job. I enjoyed working with him and missed him when he retired. He was a caring kind hearted person and I don't think I ever seen him without a smile. May all the happy memories help. Bill will be watching over all of you and playing cribbage with Daryl and Terry.

Doreen,Roxy,(aka as Roxy Roller) and Kelly- Joan and I are in Portugal when we heard the sad news of my best bud Bill passing away. Bill was truly a great person. He took me under his wing ,when I moved to Estevan 30 years ago . My first three months in Estevan I was staying in Hotel .My wife Joan and my sons Ken and Mike were in Regina waiting to move to Estevan. During that time Bill invited me over for supper many times so I could enjoy his family and home cooked meal.Actually Bill called me the day after I got the job at SGI in Estevan to congratulate me and welcome me to the Estevan office. He invited me to come down Friday night for meet the staff, drinks and the biggest steak I have ever seen in good old Noonan. When I retired from SGI, Tammy from the SGI office (always count on Tammy)made up photo album of pictures taken at office events over the many years. In just about every picture Bill and I are seen together. Not sure where the wives were(lol). I will miss Bill's yearly call to wish me a Happy Birthday. Joan I and are sad we will not be able too attend the funeral. Bill left us to early . That being said Heaven is better place with Bill's presence. Sincerely and lovingly Ron and Joan Grobbink

Doreen and family, our deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family. Blaine will always remember Bill as a patient man, not easy to wrangle a teenager in church! He took Blaine under his wing and for that Bill will be remembered. May God help you all through this difficult time. Prayers and hugs sent your way. Joe, Lynnette, Blaine & Collin Denesiuk and Sheila Tuba

My Momu2019s youngest brother. Bill was that young uncle of mine. Always a part of our times spent on the farm. I remember him going to Tech School in MooseJaw. He would stop into our house and visit on way there and back and I would hear him talking about that school far away where he was learning something specific. I was fascinated by that adventure. Like Grandma Day. Bill was about family. He certainly was an integral part of our Frank family. He was our Uncle Billy. He will be missed
