To Rods family, our sincere condolences to you all. I worked with Rod at CTV. He will be missed by all who knew him. My wife and I had great times with him on many trips to Mexico. Loved chatting with him on Broomball and talking about his garden which he enjoyed. Great guy.

Rod was a long time cherished friend of mine. As recently as March of this year, we were in Mexico together. always a laugh and a good time but more importantly, a loyal friend who would do anything for you. The most unselfish person that I've ever known. I regret terribly that I will not be able to attend his memorial as I am now living in Kelowna and can't get away. Rest in peace Big Guy. They have unlimited Swisher Sweets and vodka/Pepsi in Heavan. Ron Nugent
