I was so blessed to share the Ranchero Village Church choir with both Doug & Marlene. Their duets each season brought the Word of God into music for us all. This was my first season as choir director; Doug took me aside with words of support so very welcome in my new position. I will treasure his kind words forever. I canu2019t imagine Ranchero Church choir without the Cowlings. I trust Doug will be looking in on us occasionally & we would so enjoy a visit by our Marlene. Both are loved & celebrated.
Marlene - We were shocked and saddened to hear the news of Doug's passing. We have always enjoyed visiting with you both around the shuffleboard courts in Texas, Florida and at a number of tournaments in Canada. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

So sorry to hear of Doug's passing. He was a great guy. I'll never forget him tell the story of your grandchild's 'naughty step'. Doug will be missed a lot. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Marlene.
Marlene and family. Just heard about Dougu2019s passing. He was a true gentleman, always spoke so eloquently, with passion on subjects he was truly interested and knowledgeable. Both Ralph and I respected to the endth he will be missed by all, especially those of us from Ranchero Village in Texas.
Dear Marlene & Family, We were saddened to hear our good friend, Doug had passed away. We had such a good time playing Euchre on Tuesday nights and Doug always had a story to tell. You and Doug were wonderful singing duets in church. Always enjoyed having breakfast with you after Church! We will miss Doug so much but will always remain in our hearts.
