I didn't know Bill personally but I did go to him for 10 years with my income tax and he was always available if I had any questions through out the year. What I know is that I enjoyed seeing him each year because what is usually a stressful time of year, he made it much less stressful for me. My deepest condolences to Vivian and family on the loss of Bill. He was our auditor and advisor since his employment first commenced at Parker and Quine. When I began managing and ultimately owning Harvest Meats, Bill was instrumental in preparing and structuring every detail associated with the transactions and remained my trusted confidant and friend for over 48 years. He was a gentle giant and always provided me with sound, thoughtful and insightful advice. When we had occasion to meet in his office, he always amazed me with his "sticky note" filing system. Having started his career before the age of computers he firmly believed in writing things down and I think it was a signature of the depth he would go to make sure he didn't forget to mention anything, always wanting to get it right and accurate. Personally, the loss of Bill this week, is like losing a sibling.He has been beside me for my entire career, professionally as well as by being a good friend. The history we shared can never be replaced. I know, I was treated no differently than all his friends and clients,he was just a genuinely good person and he will be deeply missed by all who had the opportunity to know him. Its not very often that we are blessed to have known such a good man. I will never forget Bill and I am really going to miss my friend
