I would like to express my sincere sympathy on your loss. Mr. Muir was the best principal I ever had. I remember all of us could hardly wait until we got to grade six because then he would take us outside every Friday afternoon to build and flood and take care of the rink in the school yard. He made learning fun and my childhood years were a lot better because of him

When we arrived in Yorkton to be the ministers at St. Andrew's United, we spent our first days at Patrick Place with Gerry and Karen. The stories, the scotch the friendship began then and there. The meals, the visits, the friendship and stories, continued. What a great day it was when Gerry and Karen joined us and others at St. Andrew's in the choir and wider church activities. A great smile, a friendly and kind man, a great story teller, Gerry you will be missed. You were loved by many. Thank you for everything. Doug and Milo

It is with great sadness we hear of Gerry's passing. A sweet gentle man who has made his mark on many people. He was our teacher in grades 7 & 8 and our friend in later years. He sang " our song" at our wedding! He was a mentor to Len and was the reason we moved back to Yorkton so many years ago. He will be missed. Go swiftly to your special place in heaven Gerry. The Heavenly choir will be powerful! Yours in sympathy From Mesa Arizona Sandy & Len Bode
