Dear Bonnie; I am stunned, and I am so very sorry. There was a time when I realized that most of the people I loved had passed, and for a time I struggled to find something to hold onto. I had never felt so alone, felt so betrayed by fate, so lost. I didn't know what to do, and though I could not look to the center of my grief, I also found that I could not look away. For a time all I could see in front of me was all that had been taken, but with faith and patience, I came to realize that laughter would come again, and that I would feel warm in the embrace of so many amazing moments that I had shared. In time all that had hurt me consoled me, all the tears and regret were replaced by gratitude for the time I was given. As long as you live, you will carry a part of Clancy with you, and she will live in you and all that knew her. There will be times when you may feel alone, but if you look to all of those that you touched, you will see that we are here, and if you should feel the need to reach out, we will reach back. Know that you are loved. God bless you and your family.
